Local resident of Greenwich, Cindy Sites, is the proud owner of Go Figure, who has developed a unique hour-long class incorporating the best of Pilates, yoga and classical ballet technique. The Figure Method is incredibly effective in toning, strengthening and conditioning the entire body. You will enhance your posture, improve your flexibility, build long lean muscles and strengthen your core. If you participate, you will work on a padded floor and with a ballet barre using your own body for resistance (there is no heavy lifting or use of machines). You will use light hand weights to sculpt and tone the arms, back and shoulders. Exercises are non-impact and gentle on joints. The hour-long class is designed with a strong emphasis on posture and overall health of the back.
